Soul Power Mastery provides personal coaching, mindset transformation programs, emotional resilience training, and guided visualization sessions for individual clients. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal development goals such as confidence building, stress management, and habit formation. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological therapy, or professional financial advice. If you are under the care of a physician or mental health professional, we recommend discussing your coaching goals with them first.
As a client, you agree to attend scheduled sessions on time, complete any agreed-upon exercises or journaling prompts between sessions, and communicate openly about your progress and challenges. The results of coaching depend largely on your active participation and willingness to practice new habits. We commit to providing structured frameworks, honest feedback, and consistent accountability throughout our engagement.
While our coaching programs are designed to support personal growth and self-mastery, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as promotions, income increases, or particular life changes. Coaching outcomes vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Power Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our coaching services or materials.
Either party may terminate a coaching engagement with written notice. If you choose to discontinue a program, we will provide a summary of completed sessions and any remaining materials. Refunds for partially completed programs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depend on the specific program terms shared before enrollment. We reserve the right to end an engagement if a client's behaviour disrupts the coaching process or violates these terms.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on this page, and significant changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued participation in coaching after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
